Southern Resident(s) below 7-knot speed limit
▸ If within 400 yards (and if it is safe to do so), disengage
transmission, luff sails, or stop paddling until whale(s)
move away
Boaters should:
▸ Stay alert and cautious
▸ Look out for signs of whales
▸ Be ready to slow, stop, or
adjust course
